At Wyze, we stand by our products and offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our official webstore. If you are not 100% satisfied with your smart home technology, we are here to help you with a hassle-free return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your product is within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery and remains in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- 2.Submit a Request
Visit our online Support Center to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by providing your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your Wyze device, attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
